These folks were an absolute pleasure to work with. Aaron and his team did an amazing job of walking us through and managing the process of getting our hail damaged roof replaced. Aaron came onsite multiple times and communicated each step of the process, and also helped us navigate the murky waters of our insurance claim. Quality work too, our new roof looks great as well as gutters and some trim. Aaron got us more than what our insurance company was initially going to cover. Most important, Aaron is a very standup guy and Gates Enterprises is too. Very honest!! Highly recommend them.
I worked with Cameron to have my roof inspected, file the claim, and get it replaced based on hail damage. He made the process incredibly easy and seamless for me. He handled speaking with the adjuster, my HOA, pulling permits, and was there with the crew while it was being replaced. I’m very happy with the quality of the roof replacement, and was very impressed by Cameron’s attention to detail. I definitely recommend Gates to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.
