From start to finish, the communication was excellent — we were kept informed every step of the way. The work was done neatly and professionally, and we appreciated receiving photos to confirm the job was completed properly. They even coordinated the inspection, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliable plumbing work!
We’ve gone through many plumbers until we found Genesis! They’ve helped us with many plumbing needs, small and large. The plumbers they’ve sent to my house are professional, honest, clean up after themselves, and overall really nice people. Plus their prices are fair! I’ve given their number out to two people so far and BOTH have been pleased with the work, professionalism and the price for services.
I wish to say that the tech Jordan who did our job is the best plumber I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable, and he completely understood our situation. He even gave us a few ideas for future projects. Genesis is a professional company with great employees.
I highly recommend Genesis Plumbing. Everyone at this company is courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Replacing my hot water heater was a challenge given its location, but my technician, Ed, completely and thoroughly tackled the job. I give him an A+ for a great job!
