Excellent service, top rate! I’ve had my oriental rugs cleaned by Gentle Genie, silk and wool and a repair of a tear on another rug. The rugs came out looking new and the repair was stellar. Livingston goes out of his way for his customers and is very accommodating. I highly recommend this company, you cannot go wrong with them!
Something went wrong with my area rug during the cleaning process probably due to the rug material composition.but Eric redid the job and was very conscientious and honest during the process. He could have easily said there was nothing that could be done. I would trust this company to do an excellent job with your area rugs, carpeting and upholstery!
What a great find! Gentle Genie Rug Care, led by Eric and his crew, are fantastic! In our household, we value “fixing” things, “cleaning” things and “keeping” things. When it is difficult to still find the “mom and pops” that do that good and important work, we did find an amazing Rug Cleaner!
