Our first appointment went well. John and John were professional, thorough and answered all of our questions. Then this Friday, Tim and James came by. They determined the issue was related to the motor. They told us our options and we agreed to the motor being replaced. We were very impressed with the service and explanation of what needed to be done. We would highly recommend Sherman Corporation to all of our friends and family.

Five stars – For spring HVAC maintenance contract work, Chad and another technician showed up well within the designated time range and took care of work for two zones plus a mini split. When they needed some off-size filters for two vents, they were able to coordinate with the office and another Sherman truck that was nearby delivered them to my home while they were here. Chad gave me recommendations for some needed work I was able to approve, pay for, and have completed that same day. He also gave me a heads up that one of my systems is past its life expectancy, so we can prepare for the expense of replacing it when that time comes. He even broom swept the stairs where some of the attic insulation had spilled out when they accessed the upstairs system. Lisa in the office was super helpful and courteous too. We always feel like we’re in good hands working with George Sherman Corp.

We found my duct system had mold. Because the trunk duct was fiberboard, cleaning was a doubtful option. I called 2 companies to replace the system. One showed up and said it was very expensive but never sent the estimate. Elias from Sherman came, briefed me about potential reasons for why it happened and the different choices available regarding material . He then came several times again to answer my questions because i was completely new to the experience of replacing the whole duct system and was very anxious. I certainly appreciated his patience!! And also his advice. He is very knowledgeable as he has many years of training and work in this field that have turned him into a real expert. The estimate was reasonable and they provided financing. Elias also adjusted to my availability to choose the week for the job. When the day came to do the job, Mike and Dave showed up at the house early. The showed me the damaged parts which provided additional useful explanations regarding the cause of the problem. I appreciated their friendly way to communicate their findings to somebody like me with no experience on this matter. They were also willing to do additional work that was not necessarily part of their responsibility such as removing, cleaning, reinstalling/replacing registers. They also replaced the dryer vent that had a bird nest inside. And they answered all my questions. They finished before it was planned and left everything super clean. I certainly recommend this company and will use it in the future for the maintenance of my system
