Our water softener was installed a few years ago by Gold Star and working great!
The technicians John & Kole were extremely thorough and communicative in discerning where our water leak was. They went above and beyond helpfulness in redirecting us in our next steps. Both were very friendly and kind. The tech service call was very reasonable for the time they spent at our home. I would recommend and use this company again if needed.
They were very professional and came out the same day. The leak was in the yard, but they installed a new pipe and had water back to the home in less than 8 hours. I was very happy with their work.
I have had Gold Star out to our house several times and they are always professional and prompt. I appreciate the abundance of communication before the technician arrives as well as the thoroughness of the technician once he does arrive. The technicians talk everything through with you and are very knowledgeable and are able to answer all my questions. I will continue to use Gold Star for our plumbing needs.
