I recently needed a pest inspection for rodents as part of a home inspection and found Golden Hills Pest Control online. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, and when the technician, Will, arrived, he was early and got started right away.
Will was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain his findings, showed us pictures, and provided clear recommendations on how to address the issue. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and informative.
My home seemed like a wasp magnet this summer. There were many nests under my eaves and in my patio cover. Curtis was amazing! The ones in the patio cover were only accessible by climbing out the bedroom window and walking on a catwalk. He did not balk at this. He climbed out the window, sprayed the nests, and then removed them. I am so grateful to him for his willingness to do this! Curtis acted with professionalism and friendliness. I have been a customer of Golden Hills Pest Control for over 30 years, and they have always responded promptly and solved all my pest problems.
I am very happy with my service. Curtis is very respectful of my home and goes above and beyond for anything we ask of him, he sprayed at our previous residence and we transferred service to our new residence once we moved to a half acre and we are happy with our service. We had an ant problem. My neighbor uses Golden Hills, so I decided to call them. Curtis came out and did an interior and exterior spraying. I have only seen one ant since he spayed a month ago. I did sign up for the bimonthly service. He came out again and sprayed. Very courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Golden Hills. Shout out to Curtis. Thanks!!
Curtis really went above and beyond!! We have a huge yard and he used Webster and sprayed everywhere inside the house. He was very knowledgeable about some of the spiderwebs we had inside and we just really appreciated his service today as always. Golden Hills is awesome.!!
