We used this company for the first time to have my carpets cleaned. Our carpets were gross and dirty but when Lance from Golden Touch Carpet and Window Cleaning left, they looked and felt brand new. Not only did he do a great job, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, his prices were very fair and affordable. He really cares about his customers and the work he does and it shows. We can’t say enough great things about Lance and his company and we are so happy we found them. We can’t wait to have him back to clean our tile and grout. I called Golden Touch this morning to see if they could come out
And clean my 8 x 10 carpet. My Husband fell and got blood on it.
After texting with Angel and Lance (Owners) I decided to try to clean it myself first.
Lance called back and told me the best thing to do is to keep blotting with Hydrogen Peroxide and flush with Distilled water.
I worked on it for a couple of hours, including 3 hours I spent last night blotting. I am thrilled to say it turned out great, thanks to Angel and Lance.
