Working with Aileen and Gus was a pleasure. I was in need of a new roof due to age and hail damage, and learned that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it because it was an actual cash value policy with a high deductible. I called a number of roofers to get out-of-pocket quotes, and was lucky to find Gus Roofing in the mix. Gus came out and got me a competitive quote quickly. Aileen was always prompt and responsive, letting me know what was happening each step of the way. They were able to schedule me quickly before colder weather, and the job was completed in a single day. Gus came out to do the final inspection, and I was happy with the result. I’d highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gus Roofing Greeley! My roofing project was fairly large; we wanted to update our shingled roof to a new metal roof with all metal soffit and fascia. I also requested new gutters and to have two walls resided in metal. The owner, Gustavo had clear answers to all my questions and he approached each concern I had regarding the building with the best and most importantly right way of completing the task. I reached out to multiple contractors prior to meeting Gus Roofing Greeley and none were able to complete all of my requests without outsourcing to other businesses and “needing to consult with other members.” Gustavo did not even blink when I asked the same questions to him. Aileen kept me informed on the start dates and their technicians were all very professional and kept their work space clean as my business was still open to costumers. The new metal roof looks excellent along with all of the trim work. Gustavo and his team took pride in their craftsmanship and it truly shows in the final product. UNBELIEVABLE. Our experience with Gus Roofing was the BEST experience that we have had with a contractor/project EVER. We have had other good projects completed by other people but Gus, Aileen, and their crew exceeded expectations from the bid, to the install, to the clean up, and even after the project to make sure that anything that was even slightly affected by the install was returned to its original condition- actually better than its original condition. I was blown away at their speed, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my preferences. Gus and Aileen, we thank you SO much for taking care of us throughout this big project. Please continue to do what you do- there is a shortage of folks like you in the world today and we appreciate it so much!
