This was our first experience with Hansen and they knocked it out of the park. We came home to water in our laundry room in the late afternoon. They were here within an hour! James was thorough and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the water heater was the actual problem. He got it replaced and working the same night. Definitely recommend!!
Emergency shower plumbing issue at our vacation rental in Orange Beach Alabama. Hansen to the rescue ! They worked with us immediately and had it done within an hour of our initial call. Emailed us pics and did everything professionally and thoroughly despite our living an hour away and providing keyless access. Highly recommend !

Had an underground water leak. First time to use Hanson and I am very glad I did. Josh did a superb job of finding the location of the leak. The repair had a lot of thought put into it and something I would never have thought of. Flexible pipe, who knew. Josh was friendly and answered all my questions. I will call Hanson for any other problems I have. They cover it all. Look up their ad online. I did, and glad I called them.
