We needed help removing a pest trapped in a bathroom. It was after hours on the weekend (11:30pm!). I found a rat in my house at 1am and called Harvey. He can right away and got it. He’s the only 24 service that picked up. I called several other claiming to be 24/7 and no called me back.
I have nothing but good experience from this company. Soon as they have arrived, assessment of the property was performed. I have never felt so satisfied from beginning to end of my service because they are very knowledgeable of the field. Informative and helpful know-hows were also given on-site. I don’t want to experience any pest infestation again however would definitely work with this business again.
