Thank you for sending the two gentlemen out today to correct the issue I was having. They arrived early and were very pleasant.. They took the time to explain to me everything that was needing to be done and why. In addition, they didn’t mind me tailing behind them so that could see how the plumbing ran through my house. Unlike the experience I had with Tomaz, who was the original guy that came out to access the problem and appeared very frustrated and standoff when he first arrived, and you could tell he didn’t want to be bothered at all because it was the last job of the day assigned to his workload.. The guys today are the reason you will get repeat customers..
He showed up the time they said. His name was Gilbert. He was very nice. New exactly what to do once I told him what the problem was. He explained what he was about the do before he would do it. And explained what my options was. He gave me a quote and said he could come back the next day to finish the job or if I choose to have it fixed right then and there that could happen too. He was out of there from start to finish in about 30 to 35 min. It was pricie but I expected to be. I was pleased thing was working right again.
John is always professional and courteous on all his washer and dryer repairs for us. We have recommended him to neighbors and friends!👏👍
John’s very skilled. He fixed 3 electrical items in our home. After John left, we heard a distinct hum in our main hallway. We knew which electrical repair it was related to, but we didn’t know if the hum signaled a safery risk. At the time of John’s 2nd trip to our home, he said it was not a safety risk. He fixed the problem that caused the hum. Suggestions: reinforce to electricians-tell customers about possible noises after repairs and if they’re safety issues or not. Also let customers know about what turnaround times to expect after customers text and call your electricians.
Showed up ready to work, very professional, informative, explained all the work that had to be done and what they were going to do. Finished quickly, cleaned and they were gone. Polite and friendly. Nice experience. I will use them again for sure.
