All the guys that installed my unit were very polite an knowledgeable.They done a great job an cleaned up after everything they done. I am very happy with my new unit . They all worked very hard an never even took lunch break . I hope yall give them a very nice lunch one day they deserve it for there hard work an dedication for your company. Had a rough start with them at first. But the manager called and worked it out and made the situation right. Had their guys come out took a look at it. I definitely needed a new HVAC system so Adam Mason came out got things going for me easy to work with and him and his crew went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Got a new system they have payment options if you qualify very easy to do if you qualify.
Higdon is the best! The guys came in and installed my HVAC system and hot water tank. Everything was brand new. They did my ductwork, copper line, and installation. They did awesome job. They were very professional. They answered all of my questions and also stayed until the end to test and make sure everything was working properly. I wish I can give them more than just 5 stars. Thank all of you guys for all of your help. The whole team was just wonderful, the cooling and plumbing team. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family. If you want it done right, call Higdon Service Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I also want to acknowledge Shawn, he worked on my HVAC and the other guys. Gunnar worked on my plumbing, everyone was great! That all of you all!
Nate was friendly and professional. He described every detail so that I would be able to understand the ins and outs of my HVAC unit. After kindly answering my questions, I was comfortable setting up an install consult date. Thank you, Nate and Higdon Services!
Brandon and Daltons team did a superb job. New Bosch unit, new duct work, and a new vent install going into the laundry room. And they also found an outdated electrical problem that needed to be fixed. Good looking out for our safety. Even with that addition, they still finished the job by the end of the day. Mess cleaned up as though they weren’t even there. 5 stars all around. Thank you Higdon.
