Justin came by today for an estimate on customer supplied products. He was extremely professional, courteous, educational, and helpful during his visit. He took his time to answer my questions and was very accommodating to my situation. I also did not feel pressured, which is a huge deal for me. It was overall a great experience and I expect to be contracting them for my installation and using them for continued future maintenance!
Update: We have moved forward with installation with High 5. Justin, Dominic, and Noah were all extremely polite and professional and got everything installed beautifully and quickly! We are very happy with our new tankless water heater and filtration system! Thanks so much!
Finding a decent honest and reliable plumber is SO hard, but we’ve definitely found our company and more specifically our “guy”. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Nick with High Five was out to our house once for a drain clean, but it was still acting funny after he left, so he came back to fix it under their guarantee. On the phone I was told the next available appointment was nearly a week away but they made it work (with no pressure from me!) to have Nick out the very next morning.
He was so thoughtful, kind, and thorough. We had this same thing done over a year ago with a different company and they were in and out in 30 minutes. Nick really went above and beyond to be so thorough and make sure the problem was taken care of. He was earlier than the expected window for both visits, which is so greatly appreciated especially on a Saturday! He was able to give us specific helpful recommendations to help us mitigate the problem on our own in the future, which is something I haven’t seen from other companies.
I am so impressed with High Five that I wish I could use them for everything! Like I said, we’ve found our company and our guy! I cannot recommend High Five and especially Nick highly enough!
High 5 was so great! It was easy to set up an appointment for my sudden pipe backup, and they were great communicators. David and Morgan were extremely friendly and professional (also, my dog loved them, and she’s a very good judge of character!). They laid out my options clearly, explained every part of the process, and weren’t at all pushy or trying to upsell me on anything. Morgan went above and beyond to get everything ready for the work that had to be done the next morning. I definitely recommend them!
Justin Covington came out to our house today and fixed multiple things that needed to be addressed. Not only was he professional, but he was very knowledgeable and honest with my husband and I on the work that needed to be performed. High 5 has always been a great plumbing company with amazing technicians, and now that they specialize in two more trades (HVAC and Electrical), we will definitely be contacting them for other assistance. As a returning customer, I would HIGHLY recommend you join their loyalty program. It is definitely worth every penny.

We blew an old circuit in our home over the weekend and reached out to High Five to come out for an estimate. They had us added to the schedule the next business day (Monday). Omar came out and did a thorough walk-through of all of our outlets and switches prior to looking at the breaker box. He took the time to explain why he wanted to look everything over first due to our old aluminum wiring. Omar proposed a new breaker as a ”quick fix” to get us up and running again, but also took the time to explain work that we may want to consider in the near future due to the age of our old and maxed out panel. He gave us a few options, which we very much appreciated. Omar was extremely professional, personable, and a real pleasure to work with. There were no high-pressure sales and we felt the pricing was reasonable and competitive. We look forward to working with him again. High Five has a real gem with Omar, and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. Thank you, Omar and High Five!
