These guys have been great so far. I transferred over from a different pest service which I was unpleased with. High Country showed great customer service which seemed genuine for the concerns at hand. I called and set this up over the weekend and they performed follow up call on Monday just to ensure I didn’t have any additional questions and that the process went as expected. I’ve had the initial service and the technician that visited was extremely nice and answered some general questions. Overall very pleasant experience. Will update if any issues, but here’s to hoping not!
As always, Jerold was on time, courteous, and thorough. He treated the interior of our home’s lower level as requested, in addition to the regular exterior treatment. He clearly has a good understanding of proper treatment techniques for a variety of pests and has answered all my questions each time he is here. He is a great representative of this company (which is a notch above the other pest control services out there). On several occasions I have had to call the office to change the date of my service, and they are always very accommodating. I have been completely satisfied with High Country.
This is the best pest control service in Colorado Springs, hands-down. They are so detailed oriented and the most professional of all. Service technician Dan is an absolute master of his craft. He is so thorough and he goes above and beyond every single time he comes to our property. He is extremely friendly and great with kids and pets.
