I had the best experience with HomeX. Roger was dispatched out quickly as soon as I made the call. He was kind and supportive as he immediately went to work. His field supervisor Shane came by and assisted. Shane over saw the entire process. Roger’s partner Oscar also worked on my broken pipe. The entire team was patient and guided me through the entire repair. I felt like I had a good group of friends helping through a tough bind. The work was flawless. I would highly recommend this crew. Jesse is a plumber hero!! He did not give up on looking for my great grandma earring that fell inside my bathtub drain. I didn’t sleep all night because of this situation since it had so much sentimental value to me and I had no hope but then life surprised me with the best service and an amazing person that he is!!! This company is gonna be forever in my heart. He tried every single option there was to find it and found it. I’m speechless I’m so happy. Thank you Jesse for your persistence and professionalism. He left everything perfect and cleaned afterwards as well. I’m beyond grateful.
Roger replaced an old gas line valve for us, he did an amazing job. He went out of his way to explain to us about our water heater and also showed us we even still had warranty on our water heater. He was friendly on time and a professional. Will be asking for Roger if we have any other issues.
HomeX plumbing responded to my needs the very next day by providing a free quote and doing the work as soon as I approved their quote. The licensed plumber not only installed a new kitchen faucet but inspected the shut off valves, waste lines and pressure control valve. I recommend them. Very professional
Couldn’t recommend this company more! I have used them in the past and continue for all my plumbing needs. Had a hot water tank installed by them about 6 months ago and they were great. Yesterday I had a kitchen sink draining problem and called after hours, it wasn’t an emergency so they said they would come the next day. Communication was great and the technician, Mario, arrived early and was very friendly and professional. He was thorough and made the terrible experience of a plumbing issue a pleasant one. He talked and made me and especially my wife feel very comfortable with everything he said needed done. I wish I remembered the other technician who helped with the hot water tank installation because he was also amazing. I do know that Mario came to help with the hot water tank as well. Amazing employees! Great service! Definitely call HomeX for your needs. You All have a customer for life and it’s because of your employees!
