I had my salon sink plumbing flood my work studio. He was quick to return my call( in 5 min), navigate a strategy to save me money, communicated thoroughly about arrival time, and repair options. He is friendly and has reasonable repair rates. Cole cares about his customers and clearly loves what he does for work. Hotrod Plumbing just installed a new Navien tankless hot water heater along with a water softener and whole house filter system. The owner Cole was prompt, communicative, has high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Cole takes pride in his profession is pleasure to talk with and genuinely enjoys his work. He was also very patient with all my questions and concerns. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the other wonderful attributes described.
At 8:30pm last Wednesday night as I took the garbage down to street i noticed water pooling at the main water valve that turns the water on and off to my house. I called Hotrod plumbing and was thankful i was able to speak to the owner Cole. He assured me he would send someone out quickly, and if not someone else then he would come out himself. In the meantime, he directed me how to turn the valve off, and within 30 minutes Cole was there as promised. Took him less than an hour to get it all fixed up and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, i will be telling my friends about this company and Hotrod Plumbing will definitely be my first call next time i have any plumbing issues at my home.
Hot rod plumbing installed a new soft water unit and while he was here he serviced my hot water tank.. The best part was that his installation cost was about 65% less than other bids that I received.. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were top notch. I also signed an annual maintenance contract with Hotrod which saved me over $200 per year from my previous company. I highly recommend this company!
