It was done very well! I praised Simon and told him that I would use their service again. But …. The carpet was wet! He had a small fan that did not do the job! I drove 30 minutes to my home and back and brought my fans and I am still there because I worried to leave fans working. Here is the steam on the windows!

AVOID Imperial Carpet Cleaning San Diego at all costs! I hired them to clean my carpets, but they damaged my flooring instead. The technician used too much water, and now my hardwood floors are warped and damaged. When I contacted them about the issue, they denied any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. The customer service is also unresponsive and unhelpful. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning San Diego to anyone.
