Excellence in every way! George was just amazing and respectful in every way! Great communicator! Called three other companies set up appointments never showed up or called. Called this company on a Saturday and the owner- Jeff called me back and set up an appointment quickly for Monday. Jeff was a great communicator as well and very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Very fair price and not a scam plumbing company! Free camera service when unclogging a whole house sewer too!!!!! Will never call anyone else. highly recommend! Thank You!
Having had another plumbing company not resolve issues, I hired Integrity. Andrew was timely, professional, answered my many questions and respected my home by wearing shoe coverings, laying floor blankets, & cleaned afterward which was a first! Other plumbers had never done this. His work ethic is impeccable, he is extremely knowledgeable, has a friendly demeanor, and he well represents Integrity Plumbing.
The office staff was kind, listened to my plumbing concern, and scheduled my appointment for the same day for which I was grateful.
No question as to calling on them again for my plumbing issues!
Update: The plumbing saga continued with Jeff and his team working diligently until 11 pm in creating a new drain clean out which resolved my indoor plumbing issue.
Currently Jeff has been tirelessly at the sight with the city utility workers in trying to resolve what appears to be a city issue on a daily basis. He is steadfast and determined and I am beyond grateful. What an awesome company!
