We just had our roof finished by Interstate Roofing. Thank you Benjamin Scott for a great job. They were on top of things from the start. Ben was always available for questions whenever anything came up. They also handled our solar panel removal and reset through Vanguard Solar. They also did a great job. It was great to have a “one stop shop” to coordinate everything. The only glitch was getting the final inspection so we could get the solar back up and producing, that took longer than expected but it got done. Thanks again.
Josh, the roofing contractor from the Interstate roofing was unbelievably helpful, punctual, and respectful. He helped us get our roof replaced which was damaged heavily due to the May’24 severe hailstorm in the area. He walked me through the process with patience and information as I asked him a lot of questions. This was my first time experience replacing a roof with my insurance company; i was worried but Josh made it easy for me to proceed. When the insurance inspector arrived, and I texted Josh if he is available. And he, without delay just flew by, arrived and represented me and identified issues mutually with the inspector which was very helpful. On the day of replacement, he probably brought 12+ member team and they finished a good job before 2pm including cleanup. During replacement, it was a breeze! Besides the obvious tear-down noise of the old roof and hammering down the new roof, we felt safe home. The team did not bother us with anything nor requests. Thanks team! And, I admire the extensive cleanup the team did and Josh stopped by next day with a big rolling magnet to find if any nails present around the perimeter. This tells how responsible he is. I love my new roof. And I will recommend Interstate Roofing for roof replacement project. Thanks Josh!

Bob, the roof guru didn’t exceptional job explaining the whole process. He was diligent in project management of the whole project from beginning to end. He was able to get extra money from the insurance company to put me into an impact rated shingle. I would highly recommend interstate roofing for any of your roofing projects.
