It’s been a rough experience with iroof. Looking back, I should’ve figured out how to bail on the contract prior to roof install but I did not. It took a lot of calls & messages from me to get things done and months after I learned they never applied for a permit from the city. They did end up doing so and I put 2 stars instead of 1 because the roof did indeed pass inspection. They quoted our full insurance payment with assurance they would contract out the work to complete some window repairs which were on the insurance quote. They did not do the windows and with prompting removed that cost from the invoice. I have been trying for weeks now without success to get an itemized invoice to get final payment from our insurance. I have multiple messages saying they will get that sent with no follow up and no invoice sent.
Their phone is answered by an answering service and I have never (over the course of 6+ months) received a callback based on a message I’ve left with the answering service. And I’ve left many.
Michael Dunn is a pleasure to work with and the craftsmanship is the best I have seen in roof installation. He was a on time and on budget. I would use iRoof and Restoration for my next project in a heartbeat. Quality work and reasonable prices.
What an easy company to work with! My experience was super smooth from start to finish. It was quick and easy to get a quote, work started promptly, and the quality is great. They also worked with my insurance to get me a little more money. The house looks great and it was at a price I could afford. I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely would recommend!
Mike and the team at iRoof are great. They came out and did a free inspection after a storm on our roof that ultimately didn’t need to be replaced. Very responsive and professional. Will definitely use them if we ever do need to replace our roof.
