Our homeowners insurance recommended ISP Roofing and Contractor for restoration after a pipe leaked water in the basement. Mike assessed the damage on a Monday. His crew started work Thursday and completed the work Friday! Amazing work ethic! They even put down flooring we had purchased for the closet. Friends visited same weekend and were very comfortable in the room. I can’t say enough good things about Angel and the rest of Mike’s workers. We are so very pleased with the final product.
Discussion as to what needed to be done took a couple of call, paperwork sorted in 1 day. Another plus: ISP recommended wait until the hail season ended so in case of another storm (which actually had happened earlier in the year), we wouldn’t have to roof twice. Once all details were done, the day planned, the crew showed up and did the work. Completed details following day and then took care of getting inspections etc. They followed up with insurance for release of funds and it all got done. Kudos to Mollie (office manager) that contacted when needed to make sure all was going as expected and for alerting that funds were going to be released. A pleasure (besides the hail storm…I was in the house during it and it felt like the sky was falling -not my first hail storm-, it was quite a long one. Highly recommend ISP.
ISP Roofing & Construction did an amazing job replacing my roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Mollie was incredibly helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was efficient and cleaned up meticulously after the job was completed. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

One of the worst experiences ever. Whatever could go wrong did go wrong. Project manager has zero skills or experience in managing large projects. No one ever showed up to check work and multiple aspects of the project had to be completely torn out and redone…one three times! Subcontractors worked with zero supervision. There was never a change order to approve. Bills were incorrect. Final bill was paid and they came back two months later saying they’d made another mistake and wanted thousands more.steer clear of this company. They are complete buffoons.
