I recently had Istueta Roofing replace my roof, and I’ve got to say, they were great from start to finish. The crew who did the work were super professional. They were really respectful of my property. The whole process of getting started with them was also really smooth. From the moment I reached out, Istueta Roofing was on it. They got back to me quickly, and the estimate they gave was super clear and easy to understand. They answered all my questions, which made me feel really comfortable choosing them. And the best part? The new roof is fantastic! It looks amazing, and I can tell it’s really high quality.

Clean, fast, professional. Quality work. Easy to work with. The wood decking showing was replaced and painted. Beams were cleaned and painted. Gutter was replaced and installed better than before. 1 1/2” of foam added for insulation that’s installed so you don’t know it’s there. Flat, to the edges and flush at the transition to the roof. This was a one day job for them. Painting and gutters were done the next week. Most of the trash was gone by the first day. What was left was bagged for pickup by them neatly and picked up. Permitting was fast, passing inspection with no problems. Big company with lots of equipment and manpower.
Such a delight doing business with such an efficient and professional roofer as Istueta Roofing. From arrival to finish the work was done meticulously including clean up after completion. Questions and/telephone calls were answered immediately and staff was considerate and respectful.
