We’ve had the pleasure of working with John K through James Hafke Plumbing on several occasions, and he has consistently provided excellent service. Most recently, he installed a water line for our refrigerator and ice maker with efficiency and professionalism. In the past, he’s also helped us resolve plumbing issues with our toilet and helped to create a water line for a much-needed dishwasher install. (Because seriously, who wants a house without a dishwasher?) While we certainly hope we won’t require plumbing services again anytime soon, we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to John should the need arise. His reliability and quality of work are truly appreciated.

Shawn and Mike were exceptional. I had a stubborn blockage, and they came prepared with advanced diagnostic equipment, including cameras, to get to the root of the problem. After a thorough investigation, they determined the issue stemmed from a city lateral line.
They spent two full days working diligently to address the situation. Throughout the process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Highly recommend their services.
We had a great experience with Roman from Hafke plumbing. He took the time to discuss all possible options and costs to solve our issues and quoted a reasonable price. He was very respectful and did the work with great diligence. In future we’ll be asking specifically for Roman.
I had a relatively new water heater (4 years) that stopped working. I reached out to three companies, and two of them said they would only come out to replace it (expensive, and unnecessary!)
Roman from Hafke Plumbing, however, was able to save the day. He did an exceptional job troubleshooting and getting things back in working order, and even included a warranty on the repair. Excellent communication, hard worker, and a true professional. Highly recommend!
