This review could never do justice to how good of an experience I had today with Jay. He was professional and caring and was determined to figure out a solution for our unique needs. I can’t say enough good things about him. The world need for Jay’s in in for sure.
Jay came out in a snow and ice storm to help snake out our sewer pipe. He did a great job we could not use our bathroom until this was resolved. We were so thankful that he came and we feel he is very fair when it came to the payment for the service.
Jay was awesome!! He came same day, was incredibly professional, and extremely reasonable!

Made an appointment to have him come on Friday after water was leaking through our ceiling on Monday. He was reccomended by a fellow plumber who we paid to diagnose the problem. Friday afternoon was the earliest time he had availiable. We waited all week and even called him to confirm and he never showed. We called the answering service at 3pm and he never returned our call. We now have had this water problem for over a week and could have called someone else for service if he had let us know that he needed to cancel. This was super unprofessional.
We have used Jay’s Rooter twice. Each time he came the day we needed him, he was very professional, very courteous and very skilled. I would recommend his business to anyone.
