Fast, yes. Good work, will see…Punctual, almost made the time he said. Good price, no. I get my original plumber may not have done the work correct, but charging $237+ per hour for a job that required some reprogramming of tankless water heaters seemed to be excessive. This work was in an air conditioned space and was very easy to access. No parts needed. His work was needed, and I just wish I had time for a second quote. He knew I was traveling and I felt he took advantage of the situation. Was terribly rude in text messages, I’m happy to share with anyone who requests.

Our power bill was much higher than ever before this November. The only thing we have running was our water heater. We called JMPlumbing. Jack, the owner, showed up to check our problem. He asked a few questions one of which was if our water bill had changed we said yes it was higher.
Looking at our meter he discovered we were losing water at .7 gallons a minute. He turned off the hot water valve from our heater and checked again – the water meter stopped.
He found the problem was not the water heater but a leak in the line.
He brought in a leak detector technician who checked all our piping and found our leak using infrared equipment. Jack rerouted, bypassing the old line with new. Our water heater was never the issue. Jack serviced the heater and all checked out fine. Other plumbers were intent on selling us a new water heater and never asked any questions.
Jack’s experience of 25 years paid off and saved a lot of money. He was extremely friendly, honest and very professional.
JMPlumbing was timely, quick and knew what they were talking about.
We highly recommend them. They were above and beyond.
