Satisfied with final results for a wedding dress “boxing”. It took about 3 months to complete, however, staff reported it was due to holidays. Information on status of progress was somewhat disjointed. I recommend every transaction be entered in database. Price paid in total about $350(includes cleaning and boxing it). I think it was a fair price.
This is a good store with reasonable prices and good cleaning. I think it’s the best in Fresno. I enjoy their free pick up and drop off service. That goes smoothly. My only extra “wish” would be: if you drop off something yourself, I wish they would plan to bring it back to you on the next delivery date, if you haven’t picked up yourself by that time. Recently I dropped off some items, because I’d just missed a pick up. I thought I would be back to pick it up myself, but I was just too busy. I hoped/assumed they would just bring it to me on my next delivery date but they didn’t. I’m sure I could have called and asked them, and they would have, but it would be even more amazing (and save them calls and time) if they just automatically delivered something that hasn’t been picked up. Still, this is the best in Fresno and it deserves five stars!
Great and attentive cleaning service! Took in my old baptism dress that I wanted my daughter to wear but it had a 30 year old stain. Picked it up yesterday and it looks BRAND NEW !
