Jordan IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Absolutely the BEST! We selected him tying to find a local guy with great reviews, but not the biggest company, so we don’t fall through the cracks.JORDAN was the perfect choice! He showed up in time, right away next day after requesting the appointment. We had a very serious squirrel issue, it left us with close to TEN THOUSAND $ damage on FOUR VEHICLES! His expert assistance was extremely important and useful for us, as nothing worked, what we did. We needed help and ASAP! He did explain all the options, offered a humane solution, spent extensive time with us, positioned the cages into the best locations, and also showed us, how should we proceed after our meeting. He is very knowledgeable, kind, easy to work with, even my veteran husband, who is very reserved, loved him immediately! We are going to work with him on our regular summer issue, the wasps also. There was a year here with an elevated mice population, as the bird feeders are great food sources- so if this year we see that happening, we will know, who to call. Took several business cards to make sure our friends and neighbors can have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy his services!!! It is always a risk to find the right service providers from the several offers, and confusing commercials. I can honestly say, this guy is the BEST! VERY detailed, professional, and trustworthy. Had wasps showing up in my apartment and another vendor came in and spent 5 minutes spraying random things. The wasps returned a week later. Jordan arrived on time, fully checked out the house (inside and outside) to pinpoint where the wasps might be getting in, and then dusted and sprayed. Great communicator, listened, and answered all my questions. And for the ladies, you’ll feel safe! Highly recommend.

There’s much to be said about creating a relationship and not just making a transaction. Jordan will not only evaluate what you need at the moment, but will make sure the next time a critter comes knocking at your door that you’re educated on understanding where the problem came from and how to take care of it, mostly by seeing the signs ahead of time to get him there before it gets worse! Sometimes they come without knocking and he’ll be there to lessen the stress for you.
