We ended up with bed bugs back around Feb 2020. What a nightmare. Kyle spent a good deal of time discussing the situation explaining what we needed to do to prepare ( huge PITA but necessary to eradicate those pesky bugs) the day came and it was so nice Kyle gave me a hug and told me everything was going to be alright. We went to the motel whilst he and his associate did the spraying. He returned a few weeks later to respray. Problem eliminated. Great service Kyle got the job done right.
