Justin the Plumber got my cast iron refrain project scheduled quickly and communicated effectively. Kolby and Adam were fantastic and worked so hard to get this completed in a timely manner.
I recently hired Justin the Plumber while remodeling my kitchen and adding a new powder room downstairs. Normally, I don’t shop around for multiple estimates, but for plumbing, I got about five quotes. Alan from Justin the Plumber not only offered the best price but also provided the best solutions for some unique challenges we faced.
One major issue was the distance between the kitchen and the hot water heater. In our old setup, we had a point-of-use hot water heater, but I didn’t want to reinstall it because it consumed a lot of power. Since we’re working toward becoming more energy-efficient with our solar panels, we needed a better solution. Their team suggested a circulation pump that activates by motion or the push of a button—an innovative and energy-efficient alternative.
From the moment we accepted their bid, their team was professional, communicative, and meticulous. They kept us informed at every stage and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they finished. Today, Kolby and his crew came out to handle the final touches, and they were just as professional and courteous.
I also want to give a shout out to Dylan and his crew who came to do the rough in. They were just as professional and did a fabulous job getting it ready to cover up.
I’m extremely satisfied with Justin the Plumber and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

We used Justin the Plumbers’ service for a major house remodel. We added an island w/sink, pot filler to an adjacent wall also remodeled 3 bathrooms and added an outdoor shower. From beginning to end, the professionalism, punctuality, knowledge, expertise, and attitude, of each and every employee, was above and beyond our expectations. They made our project so much easier. We actually looked forward to every interaction, even when we had to reschedule appointments due to other hiccups. We would HIGHLY recommend their services!
