K&D Roofing provided quality roofing service and paid attention to details. Communication was great during each step of the project. It took several months to work through the insurance claim process, but Rob honored the initial quote that he provided several months before actually starting the project. I would highly recommend K&D.

We ask for him to come and check on a spot near our chimney. He was very prompt on returning my calls and scheduling! We had a great experience with K&D Roofing – they do the job right! The owner is very personable and takes pride in his work. They gave us a start date right away and took care of all the details. We were very happy with the customer service when we had questions regarding the install. We are very satisfied customers and would not go with anyone else but K&D!
When we bought our home in 2022, we had owner Rob come out to inspect the roof. We appreciated that he stated our roof was in good shape and was honest and caring.
We then had a small leak in the garage ceiling and again, Rob came over and found the leak in the roof, fixed it and wouldn’t charge us. My husband insisted on paying him. Rob showed us a great tip in taping a piece of paper towel over the section of the area on the ceiling that had the leak and waiting until the next rain or two. If there is still a leak, the paper towel would get wet. Our paper towel stayed dry so we knew that the leak had been fixed.
When it came time to get a new roof, we knew K&D would be our company. The price was fair and the workers did a thorough and tidy job. Couldn’t have been more pleased and their roof comes with a 10 year warranty.
You will love that this is a small family business that Rob carried on from when his parents owned the company. No pushy sales, just genuine caring and workmanship. Thanks for everything you do!
K and D Roofing came out to give us an estimate within two days of our call. Rob is the best to work with. The insurance part is a nightmare but Rob took care of all of that for us. The job was done on time, quality work and they took great care in cleaning up. If you need a new roof do yourself a favor and call K and D. You will not regret it!
