This company has so many Great things I could mention but I will give you a few things that are to me, super important. The company is run fantastically, everything has already been thought of and worked out. I have moved 3 times and it was a perfect transition every time. The Technicians are Always Professional and Courteous. And if I need them to come back for any reason, they are fast and happy to make me feel like they really want my adjustments to be addressed and me to feel they have addressed all my concerns.
If you’re not using Kellogg pest control, then you don’t know what Excellence service feels like!

Great service and professional techs. Our tech Albert always take great care of our property, is courteous and professional. Combining property cleaning with Kellog Pest Control treatment, the bugs, critters, spiders, wasps, cockroaches, are all gone! Have been with them for a couple of years, got to have this on Fresno, especially living next to the river.
Unfortunately the service this month was not good in that he didn’t sweep off the cobwebs near the front gate and front door area nor on the sides of the house by the eaves. The spray product is good as it keeps bugs and insects away but the service wasn’t thorough. I will need to be here next time to show the service person what I want done.
Tech A came out for initial appointment but did not clear cobwebs or wasp nest I asked them to clear when I scheduled. Had to call in and have someone else scheduled to come out in 2 days. They were very prompt and thorough and very courteous.
I’ve been doing business with Kellogg Pest control for several years now. They have always provided great service for the price. Their techs have also been professional, thorough and efficient. Though we just found out that the business had been bought by Clark Pest control. I always prefer to do business with the family owned companies so we’ll see how much things change. We’ll keep you posted.
