Lifetime Roof and Solar was an absolute delight. Richard and staff were very attentive in ensuring transparency and accurately setting and managing expectations every step of the way. Our roof was redone and awaiting inspection, while other roofers we reached out to months ago are just now getting back to us! Our insurance inspector said it was some of the best work he’d seen, and we couldn’t agree more. The new roof looks much better than the original, and we are very happy with the service we received. It was a pleasure working with Richard Daskam, who made getting our roof replaced seamless. His promise to come out and inspect hail or wind damage “for a lifetime” was very reassuring. I’m also grateful to Joe and his team who completed the roof installation in one day, as promised; taking care to do a thorough cleanup of debris afterwards in my yard and those of my neighbors. We found some shingles in our yard and called to get our roof inspected and repaired ASAP, as we were expecting an inspector to look at our house soon. Richard came out the same day I called and inspected the room. He clearly summarized what needed to be done and offered to try to do the repair that same day. Unfortunately, Richard could not get the correct shingles that day, so he arranged to have Danny do the repair the following day. Danny was prompt and was able to repair the couple of spots where shingles had fallen off. Both Danny and Richard were professional and provided pictures during the process. I greatly appreciate their getting the repair done quickly, painlessly, and listening to and answering my questions along the way. I would highly recommend these two.
Lifetime completed roofing, siding and new gutters on my home, Overall I was exceedingly happy with the workmanship, timeliness and the cleanliness of the finished product. Exceptional experience from the beginning to the end of our roof replacement, and solar panel detach and reset. Richard was helpful, honest, and knowledgeable from the first call to wrapping everything up with the insurance company at the conclusion of the process. Richard was always prompt with respectful and knowledgeable responses, and we always felt informed. Everyone throughout the entire process, Richard, the foremen, and crews, were kind, respectful and professional. I highly recommend Lifetime, and especially Richard, and would call them again if another destructive hail storm comes through.
