Julian is the BEST!!! I LOVE Lloyd’s and wouldn’t use anyone else. We have 2 contracts with them. One for termites, which they will inspect EVERY YEAR for a small feel after your tenting, and guarantee if anything is needed in the future …..they will take care of it! We also have a contract for on-going quarterly service for general pests! Their tech Julian is so friendly and professional! Checks everything, and even clears any cobwebs. He always asks IF we have noticed any problem areas he should concentrate on. Today he found an area we hadn’t even noticed! Hire them! They will give you a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE and you can set yourself up for autopay. Works great, and easy if we are out of town during our scheduled appointment!
