We are so glad we went with LUXE Builder Group Inc. to have our new metal roof done. We also had them paint our house and seal and paint our driveway. This is a great company. Aaron was great to work with, beginning with the contract to the finished product. He consistently communicated with us on the progress of each project and addressed any concerns/questions we had along the way. His crew (roof and paint) worked so hard to complete the job in a timely manner, which they did. Nicole, in the office, was always on top of the paperwork (contract, permits, etc). We love our new roof and new “coastal color” house and driveway. Thank you. If you need a new roof or your house painted, we highly recommend LUXE.
Absolutely great company. I got their name from a friend that lives in my neighborhood after trying to work with a different company that stole my deposit. Aaron was amazing to work with, he had awesome communication skills and lead me step by step through the process. Nicole in the office always kept me updated on the behind the scenes stuff (paperwork). Once Aaron got his super hardworking guys on the job it went by in only a couple of days. I honestly think the permits took longer than the actual roof did. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am very satisfied with the new metal roof from Luxe Builder Group. The whole job was completed including permit and inspections in less than a week (I think 4 days)! The crew left the site very clean when they were done. I highly recommend this company for your roofing project. I get so many complements from my neighbors. Thanks Aaron.
Dealing with Aaron was easy and he was very detailed in exactly what his company would be doing and even sent pictures as the work progressed. They were quick and cleaned up the jobsite after the work was completed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of my roofing needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend Luxe! Extremely professional across the board-from owner to foreman to installers. Extremely responsive to all of my inquiries. Customer service and end product gets an A+ from me. My next door neighbor used them too, and they are as happy with their roof as I am with mine. My metal roof looks great! Exceeded my expectations!
