5 stars all around. I have a very huge phobia of roaches (to the point I annoy myself). I moved into a brand new apartment complex in Orlando and unfortunately have had to deal with American cockroaches (they’re huge). I called Thomas and he promptly scheduled an appointment. John was the one who came to my apartment. He was THOROUGH, explained everything, listened to me for about 45 minutes as he sprayed every crevice in my apartment. He moved appliances he missed no part and even sprayed the outside so that they die when they’re trying to enter.
He warned me I might see some after the treatment and it’s been almost a month and I saw my first one today coming in from the laundry room but it died IMMEDIATELY. I didn’t have to spray it at all! Their treatment is effective.
The reason I recommend this company is their patience. John was amazing during the appointment and Thomas has answered every single one of my calls with questions afterwards. That means a lot when my mind is on overload from the fear I have of these creatures.
