I was so impressed by Fernando and the Mac Vic company. This is the first time I have gotten photographs of who’s coming with a bio.Mac Vic office Called to let me know to let me know technician will be half an hour late. Fernando technician called me to let me know he was on his way. That’s all people need. Let me know when you’re running late!
Once Fernando got here, he was very polite and cleaned up everything. All the carpeting was covered before the machine was bought in. I highly recommend this Mac Vic and their staff.
Brian was able to repair my broken backyard faucet quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, and clearly explained everything to me. The price was quite reasonable (compared to other companies!) and I will definitely call upon Mac-Vik again!
I highly recommend Mac-Vick for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. Melina was very professional and helped to expedite and prioritize our plumbing needs. Marius analyzed the situation and also recommended replacing our hot water tank. We are extremely pleased with the installation and additional work that included Brian, Fernando and Gonzalez. Shout out to Brian for not charging us more for the additional service calls but taking the time out to educate and explain the issues and what we need to be aware of as homeowners. Can’t recommend this company enough!
Fernando & Caesar were great! They worked hard to install our hot water heater & pressure regulator, and dealt with a few complications. They stayed after hours, until nearly 8pm, to get the job done. Very professional & kind! So thankful for Fernando, Caesar, & Mac Vik!
I would like to recommend Mac-Vik for all your furnace/air conditioning needs. I especially like Jorge. He helped me out last year with a complex air conditioning system. When it was installed improperly he took charge and explained everything. It took quite alot of work. His perseverance and expertise solved the problem. Now I see him annually for service to make sure I’m safe and secure. I enjoy seeing him each time.
