Every one of them is professional and properly trained. Every one of them fixed my equipment very quickly. Prices are reasonable. Response times are fast. Top notch company willing to work with you to extend the life of existing equipment.
After getting a few quotes for fixing my water line leak problem, I decided to choose “Maichle’s Heating &AC” because they had reasonable price, scheduled me immediately and had great reviews from couple neighbors and a friend. They were quick and very organized. Richie and Jay were very communicative during the few hours of repair and kept on updating me on the progress. I was amazed how clean they left my front yard after digging there huge whole! Highly recommend this company!!!
We had an emergency this evening and needed someone out ASAP for a plumbing problem. We phoned and our call was immediately answered by a very helpful person who took our info and let us know our tech would be in touch. Jamal called us within five minutes and was at the house in an hour. He immediately and efficiently got to work and resolved the problem, explaining everything clearly along the way. He had to run between the basement and the septic tank, and he never faltered, never wasted a minute. He was friendly, and very skilled. Considering the evening hour and the amount of time sent, I found the price to be extremely fair, and I was impressed and appreciative. Thank you, Jamal and Maichle’s!
