We had a leak that another company failed to resolve after 2 years of follow up work.
Martinez Roofing Inc was super easy to work with. Their project manager came out and not only diagnosed the issue, but mitigated it to where it didn’t leak until they could come out to fix it.
The first time they came to fix the issue, they got rained out. No biggie. A different crew came the next day and there was a slight miscommunication between the teams about the scope, so the whole repair wasn’t completed before winter.
However, at the start of the next season, Martinez sent out Miguel (who was rained out the first time) and his colleague whom I didn’t catch the name of. Miguel got the whole area pulled apart and when he saw the hole and caulking from the previous company he said, “Oh!” Miguel rebuilt all the flashing at that corner and made it seamless. When he was done, there was no more visible hole or cracks. He wanted to be sure his work was solid, so he asked us to test it in the next few days and report back; that shows integrity that we don’t see from many trades.
We did test it, and we found no leak.
After the last few rain storms, we’ve still had no leak.
Our 3 year leak saga is finally closed thanks to Martinez Roofing.
My side downpipe crashed down with the ice storm. I called Martinez and he was there next day to look at it and got it all fixed up day after that! I have just great words to say! Reasonably priced too. Very happy!
I had a Great Experience with Martinez Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. Before the work started Steve was very informative and provided me with a nicely done folder for my reference. His Crew did an excellent job repairing my roof and installing the shingles. One of the crew showed me some photos of the repaired roofing underlayment. Steve’s equipment for the job was very impressive. After the job was completed i had some questions and Steve came back to my house to answer any questions and explain my insurance estimate in better detail to me. This Company is Awesome and would recommend them to do your roofing job!
