I chose Master Craft after evaluating a total of four roofing vendors. Master Craft’s price quote was very similar to two others of the four. One vendor’s quote was notably lower, but it was a much smaller company with a reduced level of warranty. I visited a jobsite from that vendor and it seemed a little messy and unorganized. Overall, Master Craft gave me a better feeling that my roofing job would be handled in a professional and well-organized manner at a competitive price.
Work on the roof of my 3000 sq ft house actually started two days earlier than Master Craft’s initial estimate, and the roof was completed including new gutters in approximately 3-1/2 days. The whole process was extremely well organized (thank you Alex and Rick). The finished roof looks great, and I’m very happy I went with this team.

Our insurance only approved a very small amount for the repair at the beginning. Joe and Felipe helped us find a public adjuster and provided the codes and documents. We finally got approved for the whole roof. It was a long battle, but it was worth every minute of the waiting. Our new roof is fantastic!

Master Craft roofing is a top tier company. I worked with Rick on my project. Months before I signed any contract, Rick took the time to answer all my many questions, explain the different types of roofs Master Craft installed, as well as the pros, cons and prices of each. I decided to install a Sheffield Metals roof. After the contract was signed, the emphasis on customer service continued. Master Craft put on a complete new plywood base, then installed the metal roof, gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. Master Craft did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the price they quoted me with no surprises. Rick kept in communication with me throughout the job, even sending me drone pictures of the progress. The crew were friendly, conducted themselves in a professional manner, cleaned up the job site each day, and the workmen were extremely proficient. Not everyone has the skills to install a metal roof, and these guys are definitely the best. Once they started, their experience was obvious. Everything was measured and laid out beforehand, which insured that everything on the roof lined up perfectly. I cannot give enough praise on the high skill levels of the men who installed my roof. If you are looking for an honest company with people who know what they are doing, Master Craft is the one.
