We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. I’m so pleased with their work and I will be referring them to my friends and family for as long as I live. They are a prime example of how a company should work together !! Thank you Master Rooter !!
Shout out to Master Rooter Plumbing! I messaged Martin Alvarez at 11am to get a quote to fix a leak at our main valve shut-off. He had someone at our home within hours and did it for less than another quote we received. Great customer service provided while supporting one of our neighbors! Thanks, Martin!
Not the best in my book. 1st impressions definitely stand out. However I had a service tech come to my house to check my tanless water heater for a code 11. Suggestion was there might be air in the line and then was told the tech boss says it needs to be rebuilt. All this without even touching the water heater. Called another plumbing company, they opened it up and said rods needed cleaning and service my water heater for a great price. No issues since. If a tech comes out and doesn’t investigate the issue and suggests something, I would not trust them. Nice guy, but didn’t seen knowledgeable and kept saying he hated tankless water heater.
We had Master Rooter out to my mother’s house for busted pipes. This is the place to call if you have any plumbing issues.
We dealt with Donny & he is great. Everyone from Donny to techs he had out working on this issue were the best. They were all so respectful & did great work. They kept it organized & clean. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues. ⭐️
Really grateful for the expertise and experience of Fernando Espriu, Project Manager. He expertly scoped and then laid liner in both of our main plumbing lines after challenges with both lines. If you need/choose to lay liner in your lines, he’s the absolute expert.
