Rudy at McGraw and Sons was a pleasure to work with. He throughly explained what they would need to do to replace my leaking flat roof. He even drew a diagram explaining how it would be done and showed me pictures of the work throughout the process.
We have had the roof “repaired” several times over the years with little success in rectifying the problem. Rudy knew what needed to be done to make it right when no one else did. The finished job is beautiful and I am so pleased.

Rudy McGraw the owner provided us with exceptional service. When I called him about a leak in my roof, it was a miserable day wind and rain. All of his crew were out on other jobs so he came out himself and was at my house in 20 minutes. While doing the repair he noticed that there were other issues with the roof that needed to be addressed. He took pictures and videos of before and after the repairs. Provided a written contract of all the repairs and cost breakdown. We’re going to have McGraw and Sons do our ongoing maintenance for the roof as well.

I highly recommend Mcgraw and Sons! They have great pricing and are very experienced! We did a complete reroof, the roof came out beautiful and the project was done in a timely manor. What sets them apart though is the customer service, Rudy is very responsive! He would immediately respond to calls and messages. He kept me informed throughout the entire process often sending me messages, photos and videos just to let us know how it was going!
