I contacted McMullen to perform my bi-yearly septic pump.
On the day of my appointment, they contacted me to let me know the approximate time the driver would arrive. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional.
This is the second time I’ve use McMullen for the service and have been happy with the results. I’ll contact them again in another two years for the same service.
I knew it was time to empty the septic tanks when the water would not drain in my shower. When I originally called servicing was going to be several days out but was told I could be put on the list to get service if someone called to cancel. I couldn’t wait that long. So I decided to try calling other service companies. I left a message with one and no one called me back. And the other one that I called their voice message box was full. So I called back to be placed on the list and spoke to Holly again. She placed me on hold and then came back and said I have a driver coming to you today. She worked whatever around with drivers. She went above and beyond to help me. Working for a large financial institution for over 25 years I know how critical and important it is to satisfy clients. McMullen is a local community company that provided me with world-class service. I cannot thank Holly enough for her kind and can-do attitude. I will always use this company. And I’m going to be more proactive about getting my septic pumped sooner before I have a problem again. 🙂 Thank you so much McMullen and especially Holly and the gentlemen that came to clear my septic tanks. You blessed me with your kindness and ability to help me when I didn’t know what else to do.
Great service from these guys. Scheduling an appointment with Rebecca was very easy. They called before arrival to let me know they were on the way. The service techs were very friendly, and gave me some great education involving my septic system. I would recommend McMullens to anyone needing septic system services! Thanks guys!
From the first call for service McMullen Septic was absolutely the best. I called on Tuesday and even though they were booked up, they had someone out on Wednesday. Very professional, friendly and one of the easiest service appointments I have ever set up and experienced. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of septic service.
My pump out was handled by Mike. Before his arrival, I was called by Rebecca who informed me that her driver was on his way to my home at my expected appointment time. He arrived on time and handled everything professionally and with proficiency. McMullen septic has a great team.
