My roof was damaged by a huge hail storm. I had a horrible insurance policy so I was paying the majority of the replacement costs. I met with a half dozen roofing contractors. Ryan from Metro City Roofing was the best by far. Ryan was very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Ryan was very transparent on pricing, worked with my insurance company to get more costs covered and managed his time and crew in a very professional manner. I was informed of timing all through the process. The roofing crew was professional and respectful. Ryan always returned calls, texts and emails quickly. If you need roofing work, I would definately recommend hiring Metro City Roofing and request Ryan to manage the project.
We had Jonathan come out and do an assessment and inspection on our shingle roof after a large hail storm, His attention to detail along with documentation that day along with his confident and pleasant personality ,professional and personal were comforting, He stated he will work for us with our insurance company for a good resolution, Jonathan DID use that working extremely hard for us wth the insurance company amd got the project finished, The work done was fantastic, the yard was clean and debris free, after almost 9 months we needed some paperwork completed for our insurance renewal and sure enough Jonathan came thru with it the next day, This whole process can be very stressful but Jonathan and everyone at Metro City Roofing came thru with Quaity work and Great personal service, even after the job was finished 9 months past. Thank You So Much and we do recommend you all to anyone who needs roofing services, Cheers!!!!
Ryan is the consummate professional. I called 10 roofing companies & 8 were too busy to deal with our “little problem” Metro Roofing was booked out for over a month but made time to make my family feel like we mattered. They squeezed us in & made thing right where other companies literally wouldn’t even call back & the ones that did tried to gouge us. Metro did it once, did it fast & provided a certificate guaranteeing the work.
I found Metro City from my neighbor getting his roof replaced after a hail storm and Ryan has been the absolute BEST to work with. We had some insurance issues (with our deductible) and Ryan really went to bat for us against the big bad insurance folks and he closed out the project so well! The install team knocked out our roof in 1 day, absolutely insane. I have and will continue to recommend Metro Roofing to anyone and everyone who needs a roof replacement. Thank you Ryan!!
