I’ve used these guys for years they tell their guys I’m their best customer but I’ll be honest I have not had a good experience lately with them and in the past they’ve done a lot of damage to my home every time they come out. One thing they do is they are a little sloppy when they’re repairing stuff and they one time damaged my dining room wall and they dropped the pipe on the hardwood floor denting it. When I tried to get them to come out and take a look and repair it they did no such thing. And every time they come they overcharged me compared to any other company of course I’m their best customer they’re sucking me dry I’ve been over a hundred thousand dollars with these people. We had terrible leak in the ceiling. However the latest issue was my water heater which should have taken half a day to do it took him two weeks to install something that should have taken half a day and they charged me double what other people are charging which is 4,500 they charged me $8,800 I feel like they are a rip-off. Also they scratched my granite floor they did nothing to make that right and when I told them that I think they should give me money back they never called me back. So they didn’t stop my water heater they didn’t have the parts I thought I was going to use them because I was in a real situation and they would just take care of it faster than another company but it ended up taking him two weeks to get all the parts come back stop the water heater and even left the electrical undone properly which is all the safety hazard and complain about it to no avail. So that is why they’re getting one star because even though I’ve been with them for a while and I’m their quote best customer and their most pissed off customer at least they could have taken some of the money off for making a water heater take 2 weeks to install. I even had to cancel events to come back and have them do things they should have done the day of which really put a dent in my days.
