After a couple of hits and misses I decided to do my final due diligence in searching for the best plumbing company.
After reading other reviews from different sources, and seeing their A+ rating from Better Business Bureau, I chose Mr. Drippy.
I had quite the laundry list of things to be repaired in my home.
Long story short, I was very pleased with the service received by Mr.Drippy.
On time.
Good communication.
Professional and experienced workers.
From the front end, Erin and Laura were most helpful in scheduling, explaining prices and pricing options.
Easily reached when I needed them for questions, etc.
The guys who came to my home were very polite, professional, respectful and experienced.
Rodney, Dalton and Ryan, thanks for a job well done.
Follow up on the work done was prompt and I was glad to be contacted by them directly by phone to inquire if there were any problems or issues that I wanted to address.(of which there were none)
I am glad I found Mr. Drippy. I feel good knowing I have someone I can trust to call and return to my home in the future, if needed, and know they will meet my expectations.
I do recommend the crew at Mr. Drippy in their abilities to perform their services as expected.
And I’m pretty particular about giving out referrals and recommendations, so that says a lot. Otherwise I wouldn’t be here giving them good reviews. 👍🏻

I highly recommend Mr. Drippy for all your plumbing needs, the customer service was great. Mason, our technician, was very knowledgeable. He communicated all his actions and clearly explained his findings. The response to our issue was quick and all evidence of their work was cleaned up as if nothing was done.
Mr. Drippy replaced my tankless water heater. The work was excellent however the sales tactics they use are questionable. My water heater stopped working and I called Mr. Drippy because they specialize in tankless water heaters.
The plumber/technician arrived on a Wednesday afternoon to troubleshoot the heater. Late into the evening, he and the Rinnai representative on the phone found the problem-a hole in the heat exchanger. I asked the technician to call Rinnai back to determine if the heat exchanger was under warranty but he wouldn’t call. He said he would have to speak to his boss the next morning. He returned the next day (Thursday) and said Rinnai will honor the warranty of the heat exchanger. During the entire process, the technician and the office continued to try to persuade me to purchase a new heater. I asked if the part was in stock in Birmingham. He told me the part was not in stock and Rinnai would have to ship overnight to arrive on Friday. He later said that usually the part does not arrive overnight, and it would be Monday or Tuesday of the following week before he can get it repaired. I asked if it can be repaired on the weekend. He said they don’t work on the weekend; hence we would be out of hot water until at best Monday of the following week. This would have caused me to take off work another day. Bottomline, I had to pay about $6,200 for a new water heater; hence, I paid about $4,000 more than what the repair was going to cost. My water heater was a little over 9 years old, but I feel they wanted to sell me a new heater to make a lot more money. They stalled and controlled the situation to where I felt I had no choice. The situation disturbed me and I wanted to post so that others are aware of this practice.
I called Mr. Drippy because of a water in the basement/sump pump problem. After explaining my problem to Kevin on the phone, a staff member (Johnathan) was dispatched to examine cause of the problem and identify a series of options and their respective costs for me. Johnathan’s came to my home, identified the problem, and gave me three different options (citing their purposes and costs) for me to decide upon which was best for me. Ultimately, I chose to replace the old original sump pump. Johnathan came the next day and removed the old pump and installed the new pump. Upon completion he removed the old pump, cleaned up his work area and tested the functioning of the new pump. Overall, I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Mr.Drippy and would not hesitate to utilize them in the future.
Mr. Drippy was outstanding in all aspects. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing need. The customer service from Laura and David were top notch, and the communication was incredibly detailed and quick. We had one big issue and one smaller issue that Mr. Drippy handled faster than I thought anyone would! Give them a call!
