We called on a Friday afternoon at 2:00pm with sewer coming up in to our showers and toilets. We were worried no one would be able to come out until after the weekend. They sent out 2 technicians immediately. Chris and the other gentleman went to work quickly. He kept us up to date with what they were doing and the cost of each step they had to take. After 3 hours the job was complete. We felt like the cost was very fair for the amount of work they did. Chris even cleaned up with a shop vac and left everything as good as possible. I’m so thankful we called Mr Rooter Plumbing and definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.
Wayne and Phillip were the two fellows who showed up at my house to work on my Hot water heater. They were friendly and knowledgeable. If I have any other issues I will definitely call them again. Good job fellas!
I would like to leave a much deserved, glowing review for Nate and Tyler of Mr. Rooter. I called this morning to make an appointment. These two gentlemen arrived at my sister’s house and began working their way through the myriad of plumbing issues that they were presented. They were eager to do a thorough job, double checked for leaks and trash before they left and kept me informed.
This was such a positive experience that I will be calling Mr. Handyman to complete a list of tasks outside of the plumbing spectrum.
Professional and SO affordable. We tried calling several local plumbers with no answers but this company answered first ring and was out the very next day. They gave us an estimate and we ended up paying less. Tyler was so great and explained so many things to help us prevent issues in the future. Highly recommend
Had a brand new water heater installed to the tune of about 2k today, when the inspection came back saying the existing was working. I just took possession of this home at 10pm 5/31 and have not had hot water since. As you can see it was arched/wires burned out. We’ve not had hot water since possession. Now I still have no hot water and this vendors attitude is we can send someone out 12-4 tomorrow to test the unit has power. When he could have tested that after install while it was still working hours and I might have been able to reach an electrician (he flipped the breaker back on at 1:30pm). Did I mention I’m an hour drive from Ft Smith? Seriously?????🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Funny they have the ability to check if unit has power (wanting to send someone 12-4 tomorrow) but didn’t do so post install so I could have maybe reached an electrician today and might have had hot water tonight???
6/27 update – this vendor just wants my review updated or taken down so here is an update. After the attitude I received on the phone when I called them the night of install and the attitude that they pointed out the singed wires, I refused to deal with them again. My husband took over. The simple fact here is they installed a unit and didn’t confirm that said unit was working before leaving my property and whether it’s electrical or not, a simple function test on equipment you installed would make sense to me especially after finding out this isn’t the first time you’ve had this happen. Now the common sense side of me tells me that since they were going to send that exact same installer back to test the function, it could have been done at install and saved all of us this……. so no, the rude attitude is the reason I refused to deal with your company again. Additionally had that test been performed you have an electrical referral that could have been pursued right away but that didn’t happen either. So you basically had a new homeowner in the middle of nowhere, who knows no one, sitting with a brand new 2k paper weight for days……..
