Mr Rooter was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The technician, Adam, was so nice. I described the problems and he was quick to troubleshoot, identify, and make the necessary repairs. Explained his actions as he worked. He followed up with testing to be sure all was in working order so I would have no further issues. He also wore his shoe covers while in the house which was much appreciated. The final cost was reasonable. i would highly recommend Adam and Mr Rooter.

The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn’t annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises..

A plumber from Mr. Rooter came out on Easter morning and had us fixed up and ready to go by 10:00 am so that we could enjoy our Easter day with our grandkids!! They were fast and punctual and they made it so easy! They really took the stress off of us! We have used them before and we will continue to use them! Also, the plumber was very nice and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend!!! 😊
