Wonderful service from Mr Rooter of Orange County. Saturday before Easter, called for emergency service for a blocked mainline sewer to the house. Ismael and Matthew were out within a couple of hours, jetted the line so that we didn’t need to move out for the weekend. Gave us a quote for necessary additional work. Called on Easter Sunday for the additional work. Ismael, Edgar, Pedro and Matthew were out first thing Monday. They completed the work effectively and efficiently. They couldn’t have been nicer. All work was done professionally, the area was protected before, and left so clean you couldn’t tell they were here. Plumbing problems are rarely inexpensive, but Mr Rooter’s price seems reasonable for the work completed and the high level of service. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter of Orange County.
What started as a water leak in our wall turned into the discovery of major corrosion requiring replacement of pipes throughout our house. Ishmael, Mark and Miguel made the entire process so much better. They minimized disruption to our home, communicated thoroughly, were reliable, knowledgeable and always professional. They did a great job and left everything clean and in perfect working order. I will never call a different plumbing service and am a happy customer for life.
