A recent power outage that kicked on our generator our tankless water heater stopped working. A couple of calls and an inperson diagnosis it was determined that the unit had a fried board. It took us many attempts to even get a company to call us back. When they did thet gave a window of four hours. Eight hours later, almost 8:00 at night they knocked on the door. They gave us an outrageous estimate. The second company we were able to agreed to come ghosted us.
We finally called Mr. Rooter. Keil came out the next morning and installed the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours.
If there is a next time, Mr. Rooter will be the first call.
The customer service was great. They showed up when they said they would. The tech/plumber was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed in one visit and it didn’t take long considering it was a main line break.
Great Company. Have very nice Techs and very professional. Home staff is just great- very informative and very nice. Company is a 5 out of 5. We will recommend 👌 them anytime. Took care of problem and explained the in outs of the job. Great people- customer service is off the charts. Jim
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter because they have the best team. Special shoutout to Mr. Chris Groves, Holly and Krystle. Given the circumstance that this job order was needed to be done in a timely manner and last minute notice. Mr. Chris showed up with enthusiasm and finished the job within 45 minutes. On top of that, he provided us with detailed information regarding the job performed.

It’s always a wonderful experience with the staff of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Between both visits since 2022, they’re here in less than 9 hours to be of assistance. Considering the recent inclement weather we had (for this second visit), that was more than generous. Each time, the issue was resolved the same day. Holly was very patient and kind. She got me scheduled with ease and Keil was prompt the next morning to take care of my hot water heater. He was very pleasant and gave me preventative maintenance tips. Great family-owned business and their hearts go into what they do for others. I highly recommend this company!!
