Duncan was prompt, did an initial inspection and communicated his findings to Allstate. Was present and worked with the Allstate adjusters. Once Allstate approved the repairs Duncan scheduled the replacement. The crew showed up shortly after 7 am and was completed by 12:30 pm. Very professional and thorough. Roof looks great and all trash was picked up. Duncan and his crew were very good and easy to work with. I would give my recommendation for anyone to use Ninja Roofs.
These guys knocked it out of the park! Great price and even better service. Got my quote and the roof installed within a week. Crazy right? Communication was on point. Unbelievably awesome work too!

We worked with Damian on our Ninja Roofing project. Damian was instrumental in working with our insurance company to complete the project. Ninja showed up on time and did a great job.
I had the pleasure of working with Eryn during the entire process of replacing our roof. It was immediately apparent that she not only enjoys her job but she also cares about all of her clients and helping them get everything they need. She thoroughly explained what to expect from the insurance company, every step of the way. She offered to join me when it was time to meet with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed and to help be my voice because I know absolutely nothing about insurance or roofs. Not once did I feel like she was trying to sell me anything. She treated my house like it was her own and made the entire process so easy. I did not have to worry about a thing. If I had any questions, she was an email or phone call away. With the seemingly annual hail storms that we get in CO, she will be the only person I call in the future.
